My machine was running fine but just quit with the 3 axis not responding or the router motor not responding either. The program kept running but no response from the unit. The only indication the unit is on is the status light. Is there a fuse inside that could have blown or what??

Try reloading the XML for Mach3, something may have gotten corrupted. There are some settings in Mach3 that can emulate motion on each axis. Reloading the XML will put it all back to default settings for our machines.
Make sure the communication cables are tight on both ends.
Beyond that it would have to be an issue with the power supply, whatever it is, I'll help you out with it.
Also, dropping us an email will get a faster response, we don't check this forum very often. Our email is checked all day.
Thanks, Ron
