I picked up a Logitech Dual Action controller from eBay. It works great. You can download the 'profiler' from Logitech. I haven't had to use the 'profiler' because Keygrabber does everything I need so far. Makes it handy to use with other programs and games. I know a lot of folks are using the X-Box 360 option with a driver you download. For the experts: How would I go about finding out what the shortcut keys are for various things or adding shortcut keys in the Romaxx screens, such as Auto Z, Goto Z, etc? I'm using it with all the axis, feedrate increase/decrease, load g-code, cycle start, feedhold, and program rewind. With just the Logitech driver installed in windows, I have full exponential axis control as well. I like it because most of what I do setting things up can be done with it in my left hand. I'll post some pictures later. They have a ton of them (nearly 100) over there starting at around $11.00 with 'Buy it Now'. Quite a bit cheaper than the shuttle. Matt I think you can find this info out by using Screen4. Run screen4 and open your active set file. (Romaxx.set if you are using Rons screen) Right click on the button you are interested in and it will show a configuration screen, on it is a box called “Use Hot Key”. Reference this with the Hotkeys.xls file here www.machsupport.com/forum/index.php?topic=11463.0 (note that this info can change) Mill set starts at line 45. Hotkey 65535 is not on the list so have no idea if it is filler or a valid key. Not sure but I think you would be able to assign a value (key) not being used and it should work.

Thanks George! You're more of a 'nerd' than I thought. Don't worry, you're in good company. Myself included!
Drop me a line some time. Catch me up on what ya been up to. Weather is warm here, garage is finished (looking for AC now), and I'm finally getting to do some things with the HS-1.
Hey, has anyone here ever made gears? I'm building a cabinet and might want to incorporate some wooden gears. Oh yeah!
