Sample cut facts: Wood: some scrap walnut Cutter: Hertel, 1/4", 4 flute, carbide, ballnose endmill time: I think this ran at a modest 125ipm. So a 4"x10" area, XY rastered at 0.010" passes was something like 30 minutes. -Nick

I really like the effect that gives of hand carving. Did you edit the g-code directly or use some other type of program?

Something like that will have like 50,000+ lines of g-code in a square foot. People seem to like Vcarve Pro by Vectric. www.vectric.com/I'm not sure if it could do something like whats shown above or not. -Nick
