Hello everyone. I'm a cnc newby and have recently purchased a second hand Romaxx.
I noticed when machining up a job the other day the x-axis stepper was very warm (almost hot) to touch.
The feed rate was 600mm/min and the depth of cut only 2.5mm in softwood.
Is it normal for steppers to heat up so much?
Thanks, lc

Hello,
Stepper motors running warm is not a problem at all. Perfectly normal.
