Final it's done!!!! Door arches for a customer. It was our second job since we got the WD-1 and wow did we learn a lot on this one!! This job involved tiling and using an end mill then a roundover bit. We made four panels: two for one side of the doorway and two for the other side. We left the dust foot off for a better photo. I'll try to upload a video - anyone know how?

Excellent work! You ladies have come a long way since you jumped into the CNC world.
What router are you using? Do you like it?
I'm sure your customer is happy! Jim

We are amazed that we didn't kill anyone while trying to get this job done....omg was it ever a learning experience. It drove us nuts and I think we drove Ron nuts, lol. But we've got tiling down perfect!!!
We have the Porter Cable 892 and are very happy with it. And lately I've been buying some Freud bits (end mill - up and down) on Amazon for a decent price (~$15)...we really like them.
Delivered this job to the customer and he loved it. But we've decided to charge 10 times a much for this kind of work in the future, hoping no one will want to pay that much, lol.
Jim - will still be getting ahold of you in the near future for the soft stops. And thanks for the compliment!!
Ron - thanks for all the blood, sweat and tears, lol, and the compliment!!

If you are not already using it on your 892 I suggest you consider the collet set PreciseBits makes for the PC routers. Much better than with comes with the router especially if you want to use bits with a .125 shank. Well worth the money. www.precisebits.com/gateways/ColletsNutsHome.htm

I would 2nd George's comments about the PreciseBits collets. And they are a greate online retailer. Their speed and customer service are great. They sell some really awesome cutters too!
If you don't mind, would it be possible to see your fixture for making those big things. They look really, really, great!
Take care, Matt

Hi Matt, I'm not sure what you mean by "fixture" - we tiled the job into two pieces. It took some serious work to get them to line up - especially with the round over bit. Here are some photos of what the contractor has done, so far, with our pieces:
