I did the drawing in BobCad. Runs fine on Mach3 on the computer.
But when I move it to the computer attached to the router, it gives me a Block error.
N1G40 N2G80 N3G90 N4G54 N5M3 N6 G00 Z0.2 N7 X-0.4213 Y16.3068 N8 G01 Z-0.14 F15. N9 G03 X-1.8753 Y4.2302 I67.6248 J-14.2677 F20.
Radius to end of acr differs from Radius to start, Block = N9 G03 X-1.8753 Y4.2302
I'm seeing this on every radius I try to cut. I have the close loop system, and it was drawn using 3 points, so in my thinking it will be different end and start points.
The question is, how do I clear the issue to make the cuts?
Another question, I notice the bit is starting to turn black, do I need to change the F20 to a lower level, like F10 maybe?
Thanks

Dave,
The code is being produced with incremental IJ arcs.
Go in to Config/General Config and under IJ mode tick "Inc". Leave Distance mode in Absolute.

That worked thanks Ron. cutting now, but it is now giving me a abnormal condition yellow flashing light, still working with it flashing. Says I J is not set to absolute.

That is a notice in Mach3 that is more noticeable than it needs to be *We discussed this on email today and I advised he change the Post Processor to use absolute arcs instead. Or arcs with R instead of I and J. -Ron
