I installed V-Carve pro 7.5 on my new Windows 8.1 machine and created a 2"x2" square pocket hole saved the toolpath using post processor Mach2/3 Arcs (inch) (*.txt) loaded the file onto my Mach3 computer (WinXP) connected to the Romaxx WD-1 and sent the job. It looks fine on the screen but when it cuts into the wood it's creating arcs on the upper left hand corner and the lower right hand corner of the pocket.
These are the things I have checked.
1) Make sure you have your Mach 3 license file (license.dat) in the C:\Mach3 folder 2) Set Mach to IJ Incremental mode and I have tried Absolute.
Does anyone have any other ideas?
Thanks in advance!

This was resolved via email, traverse rate was set to high for a pocket with corners resulting in a radius rather than a corner. Changing from G64 Constant velocity to G61 Exact stop mode in the G-code resolved it.
