I was going to post a picture but this forum doesn't seem to be set up for file uploading.
I manufacture hydroponic plant propagation machines out of industrial grade 3.5 gallon buckets and lids. The lids are the same as you would find on a 5 gallon bucket. I'm currently using a drill press jig that I made that holds the lid in place so I can cut 31 holes in the top of the bucket lid.
How problematic or difficult would it be to use the Romaxx machine to cut the holes in these lids? Is it just a matter of place two lids on the table with some type of clamps and the programming the machine according to the lid dimensions and the hole locations on the lid?
If there's a way to upload an image on this forum please let me know. When I click on the "insert image" button some html code appears in the message box, but that's it. There appears to be no actual way to upload an image.

Hello,
Yes the Romaxx can do that and quite quickly also. On the website there is a video showing hole drilling, the machine drills 25 holes in 23 seconds. You'd need to hold the lid with a vac table or two sided carpet tape. For that I wouldn't use a drill bit. Just a straight flute center cutting end mill or router bit.
There is some directions for uploading pics under one of the other topics here on the forum. Post the pic at like photobucket, then insert the URL in between the IMG] and [/IMG tags.
It should display then for you.
Thanks, Ron
