So i finally got arround to firing up my new WD-1 router, with the hitachi router. It has an alluminium bed, what hold-downs would you recommend purchasing?

I did a few different types, clamps, nylon bolts, set a stop and forced work against it, two sided tape. They all worked, even the two sided tape if you take light cuts and slow down your speed so as not to put too much force on the cut. Router still in storage but when I get it going I am going to get some of these tiny clamps. Take a look on their site, just about any type of clamp made they sell. www.brownmachinerysupply.com/catalog/index.cfm/27225071F0B221118070C1C512D020609090C0015482013180B041D1E173C3B2853524B5556If you are using a dust shoe try to use the shortest hold down you can, I can't count the times my dust shoe hit a hold down.
