I'm attempting to drill some holes for components in a PCB using the Romaxx HS-1. I've exported the g-code from Diptrace software using the Mach 3 export option. I've also printed a 1:1 paper copy of the PCB artwork which I've verified that the scale and hole locations match the values in the software using my digital caliper. I then opened the outputted g-code and verified the locations in the g-code match the values in the diptrace layout program and physical paper copy. The problem I'm having is that when I place the paper copy of the PCB art down with sacrificial board under it as a test and run the code on the HS-1 the holes are significantly off especially in the y direction. If I zero the machine to origin and "square" the board edge using manual jog again, the holes are still off but pretty much go in the exact same places so repeatability seems not an issue. The further away from origin the more error there is, so for example the holes at y=0.25" are pretty close but the holes at y=3.75 are off by almost an eighth of an inch in the negative y direction. So far I have reloaded the xml file for Mach 3 and verified the xml file was loaded. Any ideas on what it might be? What's the next item to troubleshoot? Thanks!

This machine was sent to us, it was purchased second hand by the poster above and had been dropped or impacted somehow prior. Both X and Y axis were way out of adjustment. All repaired and working good as new.
Thanks, Ron
