Motors will not engage

I purchased the Hs-1 model several years ago, and it worked very well. All of a sudden, when I tried to start it up, the motors will not engage. I followed your advice in the forum, and removed the 6 face plate screws and pulled the inside out so I could check the fuses. I removed all 5 fuses and checked them. They all checked good, but I can't find the one that you call F1, where the 120 volts comes into the breakout board. When I power up the computer and machine, release the reset button, The red led on the board comes on, the yellow light in front comes on, and in the computer, I can click on the reset button and it stops flashing and It seems everything is ready to go, but no thunk where the motors engage. Can you give me some help?
