I've just noticed that my HS-1 X axis is out of square with the Y axus - the amount is around .060" per foot, using the aluminum table as reference. Y axis is parallel to the table within .010" or so over its max travel. Is there an easy way of adjusting this out? An error of .010" per foot would be acceptable.
Thanks.

Hi Gary,
We handled this on email, but, I'll post it here as a reference for others.
It's pretty easy to adjust that.
Unplug the machine.
Remove the six bolts in the table and slide it back a few inches. There is an axle that goes across the front with two pulleys on it. just loosen the two set screws in one which will it allow it to rotate independently of the other. Adjust the X-Y and re-tighten the pulleys set screws.
Thanks, Ron
You asked about an SR-1, we have shipped quite a few already, and the feedback has been very positive.
