Got this WD-1 as a donation without any information on it.. Have been running projects on it for a couple of months without any problems. One day the bit fell out and jammed the unit. blew some fuses. Turn on the unit and reset it on Mach3. The Y and X moved but as soon as I moved the X axles it would come up with estop. It would move a tiny bit then stopped. Went on Mach3 diagnostic page and found that encoder was not counting. The X and Y did. Also tested the ohms on the coils on the servos. They all tested the same. Replaced the Encoder with the replacement E4T. Checked to see if it was counting and it was. Powered everything up and X and Y moved and when I press down for Z it went up and counted up and then count went down but not the servo movement. Then estop happened If I pressed down the servo moved up, the count would go up then it would flip the count down but not move the servo. Check all the wiring to make sure the were right. Any suggestions to look next. I'm a novice on Mach3 ver.2. I'm a retired shop teacher not so much of a computer techno.
