I just replaced my design PC and am running a brand new set of downloads from VCarve and Mach3. Iʻve done a lot of linear parts since but I had to cut some .25” circles this morning and they came out lemon shaped with a 45 degree cant. Iʻve tried multiple cutters ( 1/4”, 1/16” ) including a .02” deep pass with a V bit. Same results. Not sure if I have the wrong post processor or a loose belt. Thoughts??

For future generations of happy Romaxx users...
After chasing a few Internet bunnies like Mach 3 IJ settings, VCarve postprocessors and checking squareness, I finally resolved the problem I was having with making circular circles instead of canted lemons.,
The two bolts on the underside of the X axis carriage that attach it to the leadscrew were barely loose. Not enough to see a slip during linear single axis moves but enough to shift under load when transitioning between XY directions like when cutting curves. ( Basically a slight bump when going from mostly Y to mostly X ) After tightening everything, my WD-1 is cutting as beautifully as always.
